Delivery of your new product is done with great care at Oola.
We have three levels of delivery service to destinations anywhere within Australia.

Standard Shipping - your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel Service with an expected arrival date between 2-6 days after dispatch depending upon where in the country you are located. You will receive a tracking link from Australia Post to keep track of delivery.
Priority Handling - introduced for the Christmas rush. Your order will be fulfilled with priority over other orders and will ship according to our Standard Shipping policy once processed.
Express Post - next day delivery within designated Australia Post Express Post zones.
We also offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions are clearly outlined on our homepage and available in the shipping section of our checkout process when available.
Oola will make best efforts to deliver products within 4-6 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process (6-8 working days to WA and NT). Depending on your location and the time your order comes in, the product may even be delivered to you within 48-hours.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Just to keep you in the loop, we'll notify you when your product is dispatched.
We may require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product/s. But don't worry if you're not home when the product/s are delivered. Our courier will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product with instructions on where the product has been left or instructions to arrange redelivery.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

This means that you can return your product within 60-days of purchase and receive a full refund.

Returns
From time to time, you may purchase a product that you don’t wish to keep.To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, Oola offers you a 60-day Return Policy.
This means that you can return your product within 60-days of purchase and receive a full refund.
To return your product and obtain a refund, please email us at service@oola.com.au. Include the following information in your email:
- Order number. This may be found on your confirmation email.
- Name of item, especially if your order contained multiple items.
- Reason for return.
We will email you a return authorisation and postal address. To return an item,
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in secure packaging. Please note that the item must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it.
- Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns to ensure they are in undamaged condition.
- Our Returns Team pass on details for all customer refunds every day, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
