Oola.com.au.au is the shopping website of Oola Retail Concepts Pty Ltd (Website) that allows consumers to browse, select and purchase products from Oola Retail Concepts Pty Ltd ABN 15 153 336 451 (Oola Website).

In order to engage with the Oola community to make comments the Website, you will need to create an Oola account. An Oola account is not required to make a purchase.

Credit Card Information & Payment

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment for products purchased at Oola is processed securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution provided by eWAY payment gateway on our Shopify shopping cart.
Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Oola Customer Service operators.
Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s.
You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

Security of Your Account

If you create an account with Oola you will be required to provide a password. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details.

You must notify Oola if at any time you believe someone has access to your password.

You may post reviews and make comments on the content on our Website. Pricing and GST

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
GST is subject to change and users of the Oola Website will not be informed by Oola if a change occurs.

Oola will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to Oola for this purpose. From time to time, Oola will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing communication.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by Oola.
Oola will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.

Oola also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

● You provide an unauthorised credit card
● We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
● You provide invalid personal details
● The product has become unavailable

Oola will notify you before cancelling your order.

Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination

If you breach these terms and conditions, Oola reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.

If you are awaiting delivery of products, Oola reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to Oola for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy.

Loss of Goods

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Australia Post or any other delivery company we select.

Vouchers and Promotions

Oola uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on Oola.com.au. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on Oola.com.au you agree to receive our Oola newsletter. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Disputes

This contract will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
